I loved reading what you wrote about Al Tinney. I was a student at Bufdfalo State in the early 1980s and was blessed to have a friendship with Al. As you know, he was as lovely a person as he was a pianist and that is saying a lot! Thanks.

Marsea, thanks for your comment. “Put it down” – very funny – can I use it! For this chapter I did try to remember my point of view at the time. I am working on my new book steadily. Because it is set in 400 BCE the research keeps me checking back to make sure my references and metaphors are somewhat correct. I may be half way through first draft. Thanks for asking.

Susan, this was a delightful article. I was entranced and “couldn’t put it down” (a reference to the archaic print media only very old people will remember : )

Delightful, Susan. Love your sense of humor. A suggestion: you’ve inadvertently repeated most of the second paragraph in the third paragraph. Or maybe it was your computer that did that dirty trick.
